Payment:

Q: How do I make a purchase?

A: Add to cart and checkout! If you run into problems, please contact us and we can help you out.

Q: Do you have any discounts? 

A: We may apply discounts on some of our pieces from time to time. Those will show up directly on our gallery pieces, when applicable. 

If you are interested in paying by e-transfer, we offer a cash discount. Contact us to arrange.

Shipping:

Q: Where are my item(s) shipped from?

A: Art painted by Melanie Mireault ships from Calgary, Alberta. Art painted by Suzanne Mireault ships from Winnipeg, Canada. If you purchase a piece by a Friend of Little Bee, the piece might come from somewhere else - it’ll be listed in the painting description though!

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: North America only for the time being. We might be able to accommodate international orders - please reach out to us to discuss!

Returns:

Sorry, no refunds. Art is sold as-is and as shown on the website.

Commissions / custom work:

Q: I really like a specific piece, but it's already sold, or not quite the size/colour/etc. that I want. Can I commission a piece? 

A: You bet. Mel and Suzanne both take commissions. Reach out to us on the "Contact Us" page with what you're looking for, and we'll go from there.

Q: Are you guys a charity?

A: Little Bee Gallery is not a registered charity, but we are a non-profit company. As all art is donated, 100% of our profits from the sale of our art goes to support Little Bee's medical care, equipment, specialists, and overall well being so he can reach his full potential.
