Frequently Asked Questions

Payments:

Q: How do I make a payment?

A: We use third party payment processors on our website to take your payment - you'll have the option to checkout using Stripe or Paypal. If you'd rather pay via e-transfer, please contact us to arrange.

Please note: all currencies on our website are in Canadian dollars. If you are purchasing from outside Canada, currency conversion will happen at checkout. If you use PayPal for payment, it should tell you the converted amount before you complete your purchase. If you complete your purchase through a Stripe-supported payment method, the converted amount will show on your credit card.

Q: Do you have any discounts?

A: We may apply discounts on some of our pieces from time to time. Those will show up directly on our gallery pieces, when applicable.

If you are interested in paying by e-transfer, we offer a cash discount. Contact us to arrange.

Shipping:

Q: Where are my item(s) shipped from?

A: Art painted by Melanie Mireault ships from Calgary, Alberta. Art painted by Suzanne Mireault ships from Winnipeg, Canada. If you purchase a piece by a Friend of Little Bee, the piece might come from somewhere else.

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: Canada and the continental USA only for the time being. We might be able to accommodate international orders - please reach out to us to discuss!

Returns:

Sorry, no refunds. Art is sold as-is and as-shown on the website.

See our Terms and Conditions for more details.

Commissions / custom work:

Q: I really like a specific piece, but it's already sold, or not quite the size/colour/etc. that I want. Can I commission a piece?

A: Mel and Suzanne both take commissions. Reach out to us on the "Contact Us" page with what you're looking for, and we'll go from there. If you'd like to inquire about a commissioned piece from one of our Friends of Little Bee artists, we would be happy to send your request to the artist.

Other FAQs:

Q: Are you guys a charity?

A: Little Bee Gallery is not a registered charity, but we are a non-profit company. The artists donate their time and their artwork to Little Bee Gallery (unless otherwise noted) and 100% of our net proceeds from the sale of the art goes to support Little Bee's medical care, equipment, specialists, and overall well being so he can reach his full potential. See our Terms and Conditions for more details.

You can learn more about Little Bee here, and on our About Us page.
