LITTLE BEE GALLERY 500 INSTAGRAM FOLLOWERS GIVEAWAY - OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
1. CONTEST PERIOD The contest begins on January 22, 2026 at 8:30 AM MST and ends on February 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST (the "Contest Period").
2. ELIGIBILITY This contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the contiguous United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, members, contractors, and immediate family members of Little Bee Foundation are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.
3. HOW TO ENTER To enter, participants must:

- Like the contest post on Instagram (pinned to our Instagram profile)
Bonus entries may be earned by tagging friends in the comments of the contest post. Each tagged friend counts as one bonus entry, up to a maximum of three (3) bonus entries per participant (for a total of four (4) entries maximum per participant).
No purchase necessary. Limit of four entries per person. Multiple Instagram accounts or attempts to obtain additional entries beyond the stated limit may result in disqualification.
4. PRIZE One (1) winner will receive one limited edition print of their choice from the available selection by Mel Mireault or Suzanne Mireault as listed on littlebeegallery.com at the time of winner notification. Approximate retail value: up to CA $200. Prize does not include framing. Winner is responsible for selecting an available print. If the winner's first choice is unavailable, they must select an alternate available print.
Prize includes free shipping within Canada and the contiguous United States. Prize has no cash surrender value and cannot be transferred, assigned, or substituted except by Little Bee Foundation, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the selected prize becomes unavailable.
5. WINNER SELECTION One (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will be conducted on or about February 15, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION The potential winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 48 hours of the draw. The potential winner must respond within five (5) days of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.
Before being declared the official winner, any selected Canadian entrant must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by email or direct message. This requirement does not apply to U.S. winners.
The potential winner may be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility, liability waiver, and (where legal) publicity release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to comply with this requirement or return the required documents within the specified time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Little Bee Foundation, which are final and binding. Little Bee Foundation reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Little Bee Foundation is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Little Bee Foundation is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications.
By accepting the prize, winner grants Little Bee Foundation permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes, including but not limited to announcing the winner on social media platforms, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Little Bee Foundation, Instagram, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
9. PRIVACY Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this contest and will be handled in accordance with Little Bee Foundation's privacy practices. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the contest.
10. INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram of all responsibility related to the contest. All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the contest should be directed to Little Bee Foundation, not Instagram.
11. DISPUTES This contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this contest shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
