Our mission is to celebrate and support Beckett Mireault Hickerson, affectionately known as “Little Bee”. Beckett’s journey is one of remarkable courage and resilience, facing challenges with a spirit that inspires all who know him. Born with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and Currarino syndrome, and recently diagnosed with cerebral palsy, Beckett’s path is one of strength and hope.

At Little Bee Gallery, we channel our passion into supporting Beckett’s ongoing therapy and specialized care. All net proceeds from every piece of art purchased from our gallery goes directly to his needs, making each acquisition a meaningful act of support.

Thank you for visiting and for being a part of Beckett’s journey. Your purchase not only enriches your life with beautiful art but also makes a tangible difference in Little Bee’s life.

Melanie Mireault

Through the lens of abstract art, I aim to capture the essence of hope, resilience, and beauty. Every creation is infused with love and purpose, echoing Beckett's spirit of perseverance and joy. He is the inspiration for my art you can find here. Each stroke of color and texture is not just an expression of creativity but also a reflection of his journey.

As an abstract landscape artist, I find my inspiration in the natural wonders that surround me. Whether I am on the stunning shores of Lake Winnipeg in the summer or the serene Gulf waters of Florida in the winter, the simple act of opening my eyes ignites my creativity. The captivating water, interplay of light, ever-changing clouds, lush trees, and golden sand effortlessly fuel my artistic vision.
